Weather Today Live Updates: The monsoon has knocked over most parts of the country. Several states including Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharashtra have been raining heavily. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of continuous rain in Delhi and NCR for the next seven days. Delhi is expecting rains till 14 July. Meteorological Department (IMD) scientist Kuldeep Srivastava says that moderate and strong rains will begin from Tuesday night. This may continue till Wednesday morning. During this time heavy rains are expected in Delhi-NCR. Not much from Thursday but it will rain.
On the other hand, good rains are likely to continue over the next 24 hours in the eastern and western parts of Madhya Pradesh. There may be good rains in adjoining areas including Jabalpur, Mandla, Balaghat, Indore, Ujjain, Dhar, Dewas, Ratlam, Khargone, Rewa, Satna, Panna, Sagar, Chhatarpur. During this period, there will be less rainfall in Bhind Morena including Gwalior and Guna. After 24 hours i.e. from July 8, the northern region will get rain and it is expected that on July 8, Gwalior, Guna, Datia, Bhind Morena will receive heavy rainfall.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in most places in Uttar Pradesh even during the next 24 hours. Heavy rainfall may occur at some places. This series of rain is expected to continue till July 10.
